Shaanxi Aerospace Workers College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education (approval code 50083), which is headed by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.

The 11th Construction Company of Shaanxi Province, formerly known as the 7th Division of Construction Engineering of China People's Liberation Army, was established in September 1955, and was restructured into a limited company in 2009.
