During the development and construction of our company's projects, the relationship among eight companies, namely, real estate company, design institute, engineering company, Blue Century Property, Taiqi Technology, Wang Defu Supermarket, _ _ Hotel and trading company, is a division of labor and cooperation relationship under the leadership of the board of directors of the group, rather than a market relationship centered on real estate companies, and contract management and process control are not fully paid attention to. The advantage of this model is that when the preliminary work of the project is not done enough, the project can be implemented, which can win valuable time and seize more markets in the market; Because the preliminary work of the project is not fully done, many changes will inevitably occur during the implementation of the project, or some unpredictable situations will occur in advance, so there will be contradictions or conflicts between companies in the process of division of labor and cooperation. The shortcomings of this model are not conducive to the control of investment and progress, the improvement of the company's market-oriented operation level, and the company's sustainable development. Contract management and process control are the weak links of our company. I have studied the internal contracts between our company and design institutes and engineering companies, which are very unfavorable to project management.

Let's talk about the design contract first. The main reason is that the relevant provisions of quota design are not perfect enough and exist in name only. Secondly, the amount of compensation for the loss caused by the designer's design mistakes and mistakes to the employer is too low. Thirdly, the contract does not specify the project leader and the responsibility of the project leader.

Let's talk about the construction contract first. The main reason is that the terms of the design change are not detailed enough, which makes some partial projects that could not compensate the cost originally, and brings unnecessary losses to the company. 4. Strengthen contract management and process control. In the whole process of project implementation, the cost, schedule and quality of the project are fully controlled in strict accordance with the standard design contract and standard construction contract.
