Registration conditions for national civil servants:

Who can apply for the exam?

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) has China nationality;

(2) Born between18 and 35 (1980, 10, 15, 1998, 10), graduate student of 20 17.

(3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) Having good conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(6) Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

(7) Having a college degree or above;

(eight) other qualifications required by the central competent department of civil servants.

2. Who can't apply?

Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed from civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.

In addition, applicants are not allowed to apply for the positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law.

Article 68 of the Civil Service Law stipulates: "Husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, civil servants with collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws are not allowed to hold positions in institutions where both parties are directly subordinate to the same leader or have direct superior-subordinate leadership relations, nor are they allowed to engage in organization, personnel, discipline inspection, supervision, auditing and financial work in institutions where one party holds leadership positions."
