20 15 Recruitment Announcement of Institutions in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province

According to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Ningbo, with the consent of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Air Defense Office, Ningbo Civil Air Defense Command and Information Center decided to openly recruit 1 staff for the society. I. Introduction of the Employer

Ningbo Civil Air Defense (Civil Air Defense) Command Information Center is a public welfare institution fully funded by the Municipal Civil Air Defense Office, and its institutional specifications are equivalent to those at the level. Mainly responsible for: daily maintenance, management and use of civil air defense communication facilities and equipment, civil air defense alarm command automation system and civil air defense command post.

Second, the recruitment principles and methods

The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified examination and merit-based recruitment in accordance with the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity, and openly recruits staff for the society through written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment.

3. 4. The personal information provided by the applicant must be true and effective. (2) Examination

This open recruitment examination is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview. All propositions are entrusted to an independent third-party organization with the qualification of examination propositions.

1, written test

The written test content is the knowledge that the recruitment position should know or the professional knowledge that must be possessed. Total paper score 100. The written test time is 20151:0019: 00 on October 28th-1:00. Please refer to the admission ticket for details. Candidates can take the written test with their ID cards and admission tickets.

After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3 (those with insufficient ratio will enter the interview according to the actual number). The written test results, the list of interviewers and the interview notice will be published on Ningbo Civil Air Defense Network 15 within 05 working days after the written test.

Step 2 interview

The interview mainly tests candidates' oral expression ability, adaptability, analytical ability, accuracy of answering questions and demeanor. The total interview score 100, and those below 60 will be eliminated.

Candidates will attend the interview at the time and place specified in the interview notice with their ID cards and admission tickets. If the interviewee fails to attend the interview at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up; The resulting interview vacancy will not be replaced.

3. Achievements

The total score of the test is the sum of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score, and the full score is 100. Among those who pass the interview, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high score to low score. The total score is the same, according to the written test results; If the total score is the same as the written test score, add the test subjects. The total score of interview and examination and the list of participants in physical examination and assessment will be announced in Ningbo Civil Air Defense Network within 3 working days after the interview.

(3) Physical examination and evaluation

After receiving the telephone notice, the medical examiner will attend the medical examination at the designated place according to the required time, and the medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standard for Recruitment of National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial).

After the physical examination, the recruiting unit will make a detailed assessment of the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the physical examination. Those who fail the exam will be eliminated.

When the recruitment position is vacant due to unqualified physical examination or assessment, the candidates who have passed the interview will be replenished according to the total test scores from high to low.

(4) Publicity and employment

The list of persons to be employed shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval by the competent department, and publicized on the websites of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Ningbo Civil Defense Office for seven working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the personnel relationship transfer formalities shall be handled and the employment contract shall be signed. If the personnel to be hired belong to an agricultural family, they should go through the formalities of transferring from rural areas to non-rural areas during the probation period (probation period) or the first salary period. If it is not handled, the employment contract shall be terminated during the probation period (probation period) or when the initial salary expires.
