First, the preparation before punching.

Second, the matters needing attention when installing the mold

(4) Don't put the screws and other items under the mold and tray by hand, so as not to crush your hands.
(5) When loading and unloading molds, lubricating machine tools and troubleshooting, the power supply must be cut off until the flywheel stops rotating.
Three. Check after starting the punch.
(1) Check whether the clutch and brake are flexible and easy to use, and whether the pedals, tie rods, templates, screws and various transmission devices are loose.
(2) When abnormal problems are found, the main power supply must be turned off before troubleshooting or maintenance.
(3) When the mold is closed, it should be stopped when the flywheel stops running. When closing the mold, manually check the stamping stroke once or twice and start the machine after it is confirmed.
(4) Check whether the punch can move freely on the guide rail, whether the flywheel jumps and whether the flywheel clutch is reliable.
(5) It is necessary to check whether the protective cover, the die and the pressure plate are installed firmly, and whether the punch machine has repeated combo phenomenon.
(6) It is necessary to check whether the ejector is operated accurately and whether the blank is suitable for stamping.
Four, the operation matters in the process of stamping
(1) It is forbidden to put hands and heads between punches, dies and backing plates.
(2) It is forbidden to correct the position of the die blank during the operation of the slider and after stepping on the pedal or operating handle.
(3) It is forbidden to let He Dongxi change the pedal mechanism or pad anything on the punch table.
(4) It is forbidden to put multiple blanks on the mold at the same time and clean up the iron filings and wastes by hand.
(5) When it is found that there is abnormal sound between the impact of the punch and the automatic falling, and the operating mechanism and the automatic stop mechanism are not working normally, the operation is prohibited.
(7) It is forbidden to overlap and forcibly punch two or more workpieces, and only one workpiece is allowed to be punched at a time, so as to avoid damaging equipment, molds and personal accidents.
