Nanyang Zhenping has no tobacco license. According to relevant public information, tobacco licenses cannot be handled on behalf of tobacco companies. If a decision cannot be made within 20 days after applying for a tobacco monopoly retail license, 10 may be extended with the approval of the person in charge of the unit, and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for the extension. However, if there are other provisions in laws and regulations, those provisions shall prevail. The special tobacco bureau shall, within ten days from the date of making the decision to issue the special tobacco license, serve the special tobacco license on the applicant.
