Because I am in sales, I listen to topics such as sales skills, communication, interpersonal communication and high emotional intelligence every day. I will write down topics that I think are particularly good, and practice them repeatedly at home after work at night. Stick to it, and my communication skills have gained a lot.

Second, if you are really dissatisfied with your current job, you can make preparations for your next job in advance, and you can think about what else you can do and make preparations in advance.

If you plan to continue to do related industries, you can ask your relatives and friends with connections and resources to help introduce your new company or submit your resume first. It's not easy to find a good job after two years of epidemic. You must find a good job before you jump ship, not naked resignation.

Third, take a professional certificate in your spare time.

It is a boring and painful thing to improve your major, take more professional certificates and do more research. After all, it takes time to read professional books and brush topics to do what you like every day, but it is helpful for employment and salary increase in many industries. Many good companies have requirements for job titles when recruiting.

Fourth, make more good friends, which can help you at critical moments.

It is absolutely true that friends are easy to walk. I remember when I first started working, because I didn't have any work experience, I ran into a wall when I was looking for a job. Because my friend is a graduate student of a prestigious school, he applied for a very good unit. Soon after she started working, she was promoted because of her excellent working ability. Later, her company needed to recruit a financial person, and she recommended me because she had a good relationship with the human resources department.

In the teahouse where I went to learn tea, a very attractive woman from Taiwan Province Province and her boss hit it off. They are similar in age and taste. As soon as they chat, their eyes light up and they can talk for hours. Later, they became very good friends. When my life is boring, I will do this:

Clean up the house when you come back from work, put a bunch of flowers on the dining table, turn on the music and listen to a song quietly, make a mask or soak your feet, and put on a beautiful lipstick and light makeup when you go to work in the morning to make yourself calm and confident all day.

Go for a walk in the East Lake Greenway on weekends. East Lake is too big to see the edge, which can broaden your mind and blow away all bad emotions.
