How to get graduates back into the favor of enterprises and relieve the pressure of employment requires a comprehensive analysis of factors such as employment demand and market requirements of enterprises, so that college students can further strengthen their understanding of employment and enhance their ability training that is more suitable for workplace competition. Schools should strengthen the guidance of college students' employability, provide favorable conditions and carriers for cultivating college students, and make college graduates more active in employment.
First, the concept of college students' employability
Beveridge in Britain first put forward the concept of employability in 1909, which is based on the availability of workers. Later, it further developed into two representative views. The first view is that employability is an individual's ability to get and keep a job, make progress in work and adapt to changes in work and life. The second view is that employability is the potential of an individual to successfully engage in a certain job in a given labor market. For college students, the concept of employability refers to the ability of students to learn cultural knowledge, exercise their personal abilities, improve their comprehensive quality, realize their employment ideals, meet social needs and realize their own values. The employability of college students not only refers to the ability of college graduates to obtain and maintain jobs, but also includes the ability to deal with problems in their work and realize their personal goals and values. Generally speaking, college students' employability is a comprehensive ability related to social environment and personal quality, which is the relative knowledge gained by college students during their school years and the corresponding experience gained through practice. Basic ability, psychological quality, professional ability, learning ability and practical ability are quality groups based on quality, skills, experience and psychology.
Second, the main defects of college students' employability derived from the needs of enterprises
1. Lack of basic ability
Basic abilities include coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, teamwork ability, execution ability, honesty awareness, responsibility awareness, etc. Although there are a variety of student activities in universities, some students can participate in them, so as to exercise their corresponding basic abilities, but more students fail to seize the opportunity to participate in them or learn from doing things to improve their personal abilities, because the average basic ability of college graduates is low. 2. Weak psychological quality
Psychological quality is an important factor affecting people's life, study and work, especially in the highly competitive workplace. 4. Low professional quality

It is not difficult to find that some applied knowledge, equipment and methods explained in class have long been derailed from the actual development speed and have lost their application value. 5. Lack of practical experience
For enterprises, being able to recruit people with certain practical experience can greatly shorten the practice of competent work, reduce a lot of costs and create benefits for enterprises. Therefore, when recruiting college students with certain work experience or excellent practical skills. However, students often have less opportunities for this kind of practice during their school days, or some internships have not achieved real practical results, resulting in low practical ability of college students. 1. Make a good career plan and define the employment target.
Career planning guidance is an important work that runs through students' college for four years. Only when students determine their career direction can they plan their study and practice better, and can they make a more realistic plan for their career direction through a rational and meticulous analysis of their personal interests and personality characteristics. It is precisely because the requirements for future work are very complicated, including personal interests and abilities, as well as the constraints of regions, industries and positions, so starting early can be more secure and avoid employment confusion to the greatest extent.
