The national emblem symbolizes the country, and the word "people" composed of streamers represents the people, which embodies the concept of managing the city for the people. The shield symbolizes administration according to law, and peony flowers and olive branches form decorative patterns, indicating that the city makes life better. The five peony flowers represent the construction of a safe and orderly urban management system with clear rights and responsibilities, service first, optimized management, standardized law enforcement. The standard armband of urban management law enforcement personnel uses the words "urban management law enforcement" to indicate the identity of law enforcement team members.
