Full-time undergraduates, college graduates (that is, unemployed people in the year of graduation, the year of graduation, and two years after leaving school) and skilled personnel in Chongshang University; Graduates and skilled personnel who started their first business in Chongzuo within 5 years after graduation.

1. Full-time undergraduate graduates and senior technicians (Grade I) and technicians (Grade II) under the age of 35 who have signed labor contracts with key enterprises in our city (referring to key enterprises recognized by people's governments at or above the county level, the same below) will be given a one-time living allowance according to the standard of 20,000 yuan/person, and social insurance premiums will be paid in two installments for the first time in Chongzuo City.

2. Full-time college graduates and senior workers under the age of 35 who have signed labor contracts with key enterprises in our city for more than 3 years and paid social insurance premiums in Chongzuo for the first time will be given a one-time living allowance according to the standard of 654.38+100,000 yuan/person, and the allowance will be paid in two times. Those who pay social insurance premiums in Chongzuo for the first time will be given a living allowance of 5,000 yuan, and those who pay social insurance premiums for one year will be given a living allowance of 5,000 yuan.

For the graduates and skilled personnel of Chong Business School who set up small and micro enterprises in our city for the first time within five years after graduation and have been operating normally for more than six months since the date of industrial and commercial registration, they will be given a one-time entrepreneurship support subsidy according to the standard of 5,000 yuan per household.

2. Increase the financial support for college graduates in Chongchong to start their own businesses, relax the application conditions for business guarantee loans, and cancel the counter-guarantee in principle for college entrepreneurs who have won honorary titles at or above the municipal level and have been assessed as having good credit by financial institutions.

Chongzuo college graduates who start businesses within 5 years after graduation may apply for a national business guarantee loan with a quota of no more than 200,000 yuan and a term of no more than 3 years.

4. Establish a risk guarantee fund. Jiangzhou District is specifically responsible for the business guarantee loan for college graduates in Chongzuo City, implementing the handling bank and setting up a business guarantee loan service window.

For fresh graduates and high-skilled talents who have signed labor contracts with enterprises in our city for more than two years for the first time and paid social insurance premiums in Chongzuo for the first time, and individuals or families do not own houses in urban areas, they can apply for two-year affordable rental housing, public rental housing or rental subsidies, which shall be implemented according to the rental standard of public rental housing in Chongzuo, and the subsidy area shall not exceed 45m2.

Encourage and support the construction of key enterprises and institutions in the park to identify a number of employment practice bases, arrange college graduates stationed in Chongchong to practice at the bases every year, and give graduates employment practice subsidies according to policies and regulations.

Recruitment plan for college students' service grass-roots projects

1. The city sets aside 30 places every year for college graduates stationed in Chongqing to recruit and serve grassroots project planners, and enjoy corresponding policy treatment and subsidies with reference to the national "three supports and one support" policy.

After the expiration of the assessment, qualified service grassroots project planners can directly assess the township institutions that they have recruited, and timely incorporate them into the grassroots growth plan of college graduates for follow-up training.

2. According to the job requirements of township institutions, set aside certain positions every year to recruit full-time undergraduate graduates from Chongchong colleges.

3. For Chongshang graduates who voluntarily work in organs, institutions, state-owned or state-controlled small and medium-sized enterprises (excluding county-level and county-level people's governments) at the year of graduation, the maximum tuition compensation for undergraduate and junior college graduates shall not exceed 8,000 yuan/academic year, and the maximum national student loan shall not exceed12,000 yuan/academic year.
