Announcement of transferring 73 staff members in Xingtai Vocational and Technical College in 2020

According to the spirit of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province (J.R.S.F. (2020) No.9) organized by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, combined with the recruitment plan, job vacancies and work needs of our hospital in 2020, it is planned to recruit 73 staff. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

In 2020, Xingtai Vocational and Technical College selected 73 staff members, including doctoral students 10 and 63 master students.

Among them, specialty refers to the catalogue of disciplines and specialties formulated by the Ministry of Education to award doctoral and master's degrees and train graduate students.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who meet the enrollment requirements can apply for the corresponding positions, and must obtain full-time ordinary high school education in China Mainland or a degree recognized in China Mainland.

Servicemen, probationary civil servants and staff of public institutions, personnel who have not completed the minimum service period or agreed service period, and non-fresh graduates are not included in the scope of employment.

Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, who have been expelled from public office, who have lost their trust, and who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions according to laws and regulations may not apply for the examination.

In addition, after being hired, candidates are not allowed to apply for the employment department in avoidance relationship.

Four. Reason for choice

Located in Xingtai, the location advantage is lacking, it is difficult to introduce high-level talents, and the demand for engineering professionals such as electric power, vehicles, architecture and computers is in short supply. At present, colleges and universities urgently need to actively create high-level vocational colleges with China characteristics and recruit outstanding talents.
