1. Recruitment Principles

4. Recruitment conditions

6. Recruitment Procedures
Adopt open registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, political review, public announcement, approval and employment procedures to recruit staff of public institutions.
(1) Registration and qualification review
Anyone who meets the application conditions and voluntarily registers can bring their graduation certificate, household register, original and copy of ID card, and academic certification report (Check and download from the China Higher Education Student Information Network. Qualification examination is the responsibility of the County Supervision Bureau, the County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau, and the employer. Candidates can inquire about the results of the qualification review. Those who commit fraud during the registration process will be disqualified from registration and examination qualifications in accordance with the provisions of this brochure.

3. Recruitment fee

The written test uses both Uygur and Chinese.
1. Written test subjects: "Application Theory" and "Administrative Vocational Ability Test". The full score for each subject is 100 points. Candidates who use ethnic minority languages ??to answer questions need to take an additional test called "Basic Knowledge of Chinese". The passing score is determined by the candidate's overall score, which will not be included in the total score. The written test scores for applicants for positions in culture, sports, health, and education account for 40% of the total score, and the scores for other positions account for 50% of the total score.
2. The number of applicants for each position should not be less than three times the number of applicants, otherwise the number of positions will be reduced in proportion. If this ratio is still not reached, it will be determined based on the candidate’s test scores.
3. Extra point policy: The extra point policy applies to the following situations: ① Ethnic minority candidates who use languages ??other than the ethnic minority to answer questions will receive an additional 5 points for their written test scores; ethnic minority candidates who use non-ethnic languages ??for interviews will receive an additional 5 points for the interview. 5 points; candidates from ethnic minorities whose native language is Chinese do not enjoy the bonus point policy for ethnic minorities; ② University students in Xinjiang who have completed their service period and passed the assessment will receive an additional 5 points for the written test of young volunteers for the Western Plan (must submit the official certificate from the county Youth League Committee and the volunteer Proof), the autonomous region will add 5 points to the written test score for selecting and employing "three supports and one support" personnel. 4. Calculation of written test scores
Written test scores = "Application Paper" scores + "Administrative Professional Ability Test" scores + bonus points.
5. The passing score line for the written test
The passing score line is determined based on the overall situation of the candidates applying for each position. The "Basic Knowledge of Chinese" score will not be included in the written test score.
6. Written test time and location

② Requirements: Candidates must take the exam on time with their ID card (household registration booklet), admission ticket, and graduation certificate in accordance with the time, precautions, and relevant requirements indicated on the admission ticket.

(3) Interview
The interview will be conducted in both Uygur and Chinese. The number of interviews will be determined based on the number of recruitment positions and the candidates' written test scores. The full score of the interview is 100 points. For those applying for positions in the education, health and cultural and sports systems, the interview score will account for 60% of the total score, and for other positions, the interview score will account for 50% of the total score. Candidates applying for kindergarten teacher positions must be interviewed in Chinese.

2. Interview requirements
(1) Candidates participating in the interview must report to the Human Resources Market Hall on the first floor of the County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau one day before the interview, and gather at the designated test center 30 minutes before the official start of the interview. Candidates who have not arrived at the waiting point after the interview has started will be disqualified for the interview.
(2) During the interview, candidates must provide the written examination admission ticket, original graduation certificate, and original ID card. The original documents will be returned to the person at the end of the interview. Persons who lack any of the above documents and cannot prove their true identity are not allowed to participate in the interview.
(3) Interviews for candidates applying for education, health and culture and sports positions will be conducted in a situational format, while other positions will be conducted in a structured interview format. The interview results will be announced on the spot and the list will be made public.
(4) The interview fee is 40 yuan per person.
3. Calculation of total score
(1) Education system positions: total score = written test score ÷ 2 × 40% + interview score × 60%;
(2) Positions in the health system: total score = written test score ÷ 2 × 40% + interview score × 60%;
(3) Culture and sports system positions: total score = written test score ÷ 2 × 40% + interview Score × 60%;
(4) Other positions: Total score = Written test score ÷ 2 × 50% + Interview score × 50%.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
Based on the comprehensive results of the written examination and interview, the physical examination personnel will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position (please refer to the list of physical examination personnel and specific requirements for the physical examination. (5) Political review

(6) Publicity
After the political review is completed, the county recruitment leading group will determine the list of candidates to be recruited based on the test scores, physical examination and political review results, and conduct a five-day publicity.
(7) Approval and employment
1. Based on test scores, physical examinations, inspections and assessments, and publicity results, determine the list of personnel to be hired. 5. A probation period system is implemented for newly recruited candidates, and the probation period generally does not exceed 12 months. 7. Supervision

3. If an applicant violates the regulations and commits fraud, his or her registration qualification will be cancelled.
