Song Moumou, 19-year-old Shanxi native, is an anchor of Aauto's fast-moving live broadcast platform. The name in the live broadcast room is Li. In order to get money faster, Song added a number of female fans' WeChat in the live broadcast room, and established a false love relationship with a number of female fans in the name of Li, in order to defraud fans of money. Among them, from June to March, 2020, 65,438, Song Mou defrauded female Liu Fan150,000 yuan for reasons such as company performance appraisal, PK with other anchors, sick infusion, and rent payment, among which, Aauto Quicker swiped more than 80,000 yuan in the live broadcast room and transferred more than 60,000 yuan through WeChat.

On August 1 1 day, 2020, Song was arrested and brought to justice. Since then, Song has compensated Liu135,000 yuan and obtained Liu's understanding.

During the trial, Song's defender suggested that Song's behavior in Aauto Quicker's live broadcast room was not a criminal act, and the proceeds from brushing gifts should not be included in the crime amount. The court held that Song first established a false love relationship with Liu, and then fabricated various reasons in the live broadcast room to defraud Liu to brush gifts and reward, which should be included in the proceeds of crime.

The court found that for the purpose of illegal possession, Song used telecommunication network technology to defraud other people's property, and the amount was huge, which constituted a crime of fraud. Considering that Song Moumou truthfully confessed the facts of the crime after arriving at the case, pleaded guilty and admitted punishment, and compensated the victim for economic losses, and obtained an understanding, he could be given a lighter punishment as appropriate.
