How to treat HR saying that it is an IQ problem not to be admitted to the undergraduate course?

Such remarks are disrespectful to people, and such people should be severely punished! There are indeed many companies that discriminate against academic qualifications, which I can quite understand, but I can't understand this HR saying that there is something wrong with IQ because I didn't get into the undergraduate course. I also think that education has little to do with our IQ.

First, education has nothing to do with IQ. Many children don't like studying at school, because they get sleepy every time they read a book, and they will give up a subject directly because they don't like a teacher. When we go to school, we will also find those students who study very well, but their IQ is not particularly high. They just love learning and are willing to work hard in this respect. So IQ really has nothing to do with education, education is only related to whether we love learning or not. This HR said this sentence without any rhetorical tone. It is conceivable that he thought so in his heart, so he said it. I think his words are very disrespectful to people with other academic qualifications. In the workplace, it also proves that many people with high academic qualifications are much worse than those with low academic qualifications, because they can only study and can't communicate with others, so I think this H R statement is too extreme. He should reflect on his own ideas.

Second, this will directly affect the company's image in everyone's mind. During the interview, we will communicate with HR first to understand the requirements of the recruiter of this company and the development of this company. This HR statement will definitely make many interviewers reject this company, because it is disrespectful and has hurt the interviewer's life. He seems to be saying that people without a bachelor's degree have IQ problems. We are all adults during the interview, and each of us hopes that the other party can respect us. Even if we are not qualified, we can't be hurt like this by a stranger, so I think this company should fire this HR.

I am a junior college student and have no bachelor's degree, so I am very angry to see this HR statement. Although he didn't tell me, I also felt deeply disrespectful. Although many companies require academic qualifications in interviews, they are also willing to give other academic qualifications a chance. After all, work ability is not directly proportional to education. Some people didn't like studying at that time, but they really became strong after entering the workplace. So I don't understand this HR statement. I also think that his practice will make the company lose a lot of talents, and his working style will not make him progress.
