The quality inspection department is the functional department that undertakes the concrete production and quality control of the company. All our members (two quality inspectors and three operators) still maintain the spirit of seeking truth from facts, unity and hard work, pioneering and enterprising, and strive to do their work well in ordinary posts. All work is guided by the company's principles and policies, focusing on the production of high-performance concrete for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and adhering to the company's energy-saving and consumption-reducing policies. Over the past year, the work of this department has been carried out in an orderly manner, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Recruitment, training and technical assessment of quality inspectors and operators: As many old operators and quality inspectors resigned or emigrated in March this year, with the special approval of Manager Zhang, I (the quality inspector of Suzhou Station) selected Hu Xianlong from the old operators to train quality inspectors, and recruited two new college students from Gansu and Shaanxi (Wang). During the training, I made a training plan and training objectives according to their different knowledge and understanding. Cultivate and implement "one center, one basic point" (that is, pay attention to short-term effective training of emergency production and long-term development and talent reserve of the company). Training new operators should take three steps:

First; Start production from the main control computer in the operation room, so that they can master the functions of buttons (keys) on the operation table, master the task list, mix proportion, modify the mix proportion, register production and start the production process of the mixer, and master and be familiar with Zoomlion 2HZS- 180 production software, office software and software parameters and functions.

Teach them how to control the slump of concrete through cameras and ammeters, adjust the water consumption of concrete production, and let quality inspectors have more time to track concrete at the construction site and pay attention to the dynamic quality of raw materials and concrete. Teach him how to adjust the mix proportion according to different concrete raw materials and concrete quality. Before production, the quality of raw materials should be visually inspected. Quality inspectors are required to control the quality of concrete by constantly observing raw materials. 2. Concrete production and quality control: the principle of quality inspection, ash adjustment and slump control by operators is adopted in concrete production. In the case of many production tasks and insufficient personnel, the quality inspector turned on the mixer, and I served as an operator, quality inspector and documenter at the same time to maintain the normal production and ensure the normal operation of the mixer. In order to make the produced concrete meet the construction requirements of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway project, the quality inspector of our department is required to carry out daily inspection (appearance inspection) on concrete raw materials, conduct sampling tests on unqualified raw materials with large fluctuations, and assist CCCC in trial matching. Test the strength of concrete blocks with concrete quality problems, and take photos to keep the certificate. Organize coolies, operators and quality inspectors to check (accurately) each scale every half month. Because the quality of raw materials provided by CCCC is very different, the gradation of coarse aggregate, fineness modulus and water content of fine aggregate (unstable), especially in concrete slump and quality control, have caused difficulties to our department. After long-term work experience summary and training, quality inspection and operation personnel are familiar with the changes of raw materials, and have the production technical ability to change constantly (that is, the water content of sand and gravel changes again, and the slump can also be controlled to the construction and design requirements).

3. Management of Quality Inspection Department: The Quality Inspection Department formulates and implements the work assessment (reward and punishment) system. Especially in August, the quality inspection and operation personnel were streamlined (the number of users was concentrated), which not only mobilized their work enthusiasm, but also improved their work efficiency. There are basically no idle personnel, which saves the company a sum of salary expenses in terms of energy saving and consumption reduction, and greatly reduces the cost of the production technology department.
