Public recruitment announcement of institutions of Earthquake Administration of Hunan Province in 2023?

In order to meet the needs of supplementary staff in public institutions, according to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions, the Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions and the Management Measures for Entry of Seismological Bureau of China, the Seismological Bureau of Hunan Province openly recruits staff in public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target and recruitment conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who volunteer to join the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.

Among them, graduates of ordinary colleges and universities enrolled by the state, who have not implemented their work units within two years of leaving school and choosing a job, have their registered permanent residence, files and organizational relationships still in the original graduate school, or graduates who have stayed in graduate employment guidance service centers at all levels, talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels, can be treated as fresh graduates.

(2) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Good conduct;

4. Have the professional and technical conditions required for the post;

5. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

Under the age of 6.30 (born after 1 February 1993 1), the age of doctoral students is relaxed to under 35 (born after1February 19881);

7. Meet other requirements of the post.

In any of the following circumstances, it is not applicable:

1. Having received various criminal punishments;

2. Being expelled from public office;

3. Being punished by Party discipline and discipline, and the punishment period has not expired;

4. Being under review for being suspected of violating the law and discipline;

5. Persons who have been identified as cheating by the competent authorities in various recruitment processes;

6. Those who meet the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions shall be avoided;

7. Social credit untrustworthy personnel;

8. Other circumstances that can't apply for public institutions as stipulated by laws and regulations.

According to the regulations, candidates who have close relatives with leading cadres at or above the division level in our unit are not allowed to apply for our unit.

Relatives of cadres at or above the division level in other units of the earthquake system apply for registration in institutions of the Seismological Bureau of Hunan Province. The cadre himself shall explain the situation in writing to his unit and the personnel department of the Seismological Bureau of Hunan Province in advance according to the management authority, and the candidates shall truthfully declare their close relatives working in the earthquake system when registering.

Those who fail to declare truthfully will be disqualified.

The close relatives referred to include: the relationship between husband and wife; Lineal blood relatives, including grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren and grandchildren; Collateral consanguinity within three generations, including uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces; Kinship, including spouse's parents, spouse's brothers and sisters and their spouses, children's spouses and their parents, and spouses of collateral blood relatives within three generations; Other kinship, including the children of adoptive parents, the children of step-parents who form a foster relationship and their immediate blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations and close in-laws.

Second, the recruitment position

The qualifications, degrees and qualifications required for the post are the minimum qualifications. Candidates' academic qualifications (degrees) must be recognized by the state, and the academic qualifications of overseas students should be certified by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Education.

Candidates should obtain the academic degree certificate corresponding to their major before July 3, 20231.

2. Registration method

Registration is conducted by online registration. Please log on to the open recruitment system of Seismological Bureau of China (/221.194.139.26) for interview confirmation. If a candidate confirms not to attend the interview or not to operate according to time, the written test will be replenished in descending order.

If a doctoral candidate applies for a written test exemption, the candidate with the highest score in this post will enter the interview, and the proportion and quota of candidates who have passed the written test will not be occupied.

The last one with the same written test score can be shortlisted for interview qualification review.

(3) Qualification examination and interview

Publish an interview announcement, and announce the list of interviewers after the interview is confirmed. Candidates can log on to official website (dzj/) of the Seismological Bureau of Hunan Province.

Before the interview, the candidates who intend to enter the interview will be re-qualified, and the e-mail qualification review and on-site qualification review will be adopted.

If the email qualification review is unqualified, it will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low, at most once.

Those who fail to attend or pass the on-site qualification examination, give up on the day of the interview or fail to arrive at the interview site on time will not be replenished.

The interview is structured, with a total score of 100.

For positions where the actual number of interviewees does not reach the required interview proportion, the minimum score of the interview is 70 points, and candidates who do not reach the minimum score are disqualified from entering the follow-up recruitment link.

If the total scores of candidates applying for the same position are tied, the one with the highest interview score will enter the physical examination.

(1) Physical examination

According to the total score, physical examination results and inspection to determine the candidates.

Publicize the list of persons to be employed on the websites of China Seismological Bureau and Hunan Seismological Bureau. The publicity period is not less than 7 days.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment contract of the institution shall be signed.

In case of inspection, unqualified physical examination or voluntary abandonment of candidates, our bureau can make up candidates in turn according to the comprehensive results, or study to cancel the open recruitment of this position and reduce the number of recruits.
