I. Recruitment positions
Party and government organs and other departments 17 plan to recruit 97 assistant managers ***50 positions.
Second, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions

(3) It is not applicable under any of the following circumstances.

5. Persons who have been punished or have not reached the affected period.
6. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law.
7. Persons who violate the rules and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions and are in the prohibition period.
8. Those who cannot provide the original diploma and degree certificate before the qualification review.
9. Full-time graduate students enrolled in regular colleges and universities cannot apply for undergraduate courses.
10. Party and government organs, institutions (including administrative units with reference to the Civil Service Law), active servicemen whose probationary period has not expired, and persons whose prescribed service years have not expired.

Third, the recruitment process
This recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of issuing recruitment announcement → online registration and preliminary qualification examination → written examination → preliminary examination → qualification review → second examination → inspection and physical examination → publicity and employment.

(2) Online registration and preliminary qualification examination
1. Registration time: 9: 00 on February 1 day to February 12/day 17: 00.
2. Registration website: log in to Xi 'an online registration.
3. Registration method:
(1) This recruitment adopts online registration and preliminary qualification examination, without on-site registration, and does not accept other methods such as resume mailing and face-to-face teaching.
(2) Each applicant is limited to one post, and the applicant must fill in the information and upload the corresponding materials according to the requirements of the registration system.
After the registration information is submitted successfully, it cannot be modified (there is only one registration opportunity). Please fill in the form carefully to avoid unsuccessful registration due to personal reasons.
4. Submit successful applicants to the online qualification preliminary examination.
The online qualification preliminary examination and registration system will be started simultaneously, and the online qualification preliminary examination will end on February 13 17:00, 2023.

5. Applicants must correctly upload the information required for preliminary qualification examination in the registration system, as follows:

(2) a scanned copy of the identity card or other valid identity documents.
(3) All academic certificates and electronic versions of the original academic certificates (domestic academic certificates must be uploaded to Xue Xin to download the electronic registration and filing form of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education. (4) A scanned copy of the qualification certificate and professional title certificate required by the post.

6. The number of people who plan to recruit for all positions and pass the preliminary qualification examination reaches 1:3, and the positions can be tested.
If the ratio is less than 1:3, the position will be merged with similar positions, and the planned recruitment number will remain unchanged.
If there are no similar positions after the merger of positions or the proportion of examination is still not reached, the number of planned recruits will be reduced or the examination will not be held.
Candidates who pass the preliminary review of resumes and cancel their positions can change to other positions that meet the recruitment requirements within the specified time (only one opportunity).
7. Precautions:
(1) The information uploaded in the preliminary qualification examination must be consistent with the registration information filled in. One of them does not meet the requirements of the post, and it is regarded as unqualified in the preliminary examination of online qualifications.
(2) The application materials and related materials filled in by the applicant must be true and reliable.
If the information submitted at the time of registration is untrue, incomplete or incorrect, resulting in invalid registration, failure of preliminary qualification examination and subsequent qualification examination, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(3) written examination
1. The time and form of written test will be notified separately.
2. After the written test, the same post will be ranked according to the written test results, and the list of candidates will be determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits in the post plan to the number of people passing the written test not exceeding 1: 10.

3. Fourth, the relevant matters needing attention
