(2) Recruitment (recruitment) targets

Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities included in the national unified enrollment plan (hereinafter referred to as "fresh graduates", excluding targeted training , entrusted training graduates), working people with working experience in commercial financial institutions, economic departments and related professions (hereinafter referred to as "working people") and people who have returned from studying abroad.

Students who have returned from studying abroad and obtained degrees abroad (overseas) after January 1, 2017, but have not confirmed their work unit, can apply as fresh graduates.

(3) Recruitment (recruitment) majors and job requirements

Recruitment majors for branch staff mainly include: economics and finance, accounting, law, computer, statistics, management (focusing on public affairs* **Management, administrative management, human resources management related majors), English*** 7 majors. Some branches recruit a small number of fresh graduates in science and engineering (excluding computer majors, the same below) as well as professionals in security, Chinese, minority languages, and archeology (history). (4) Application conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;

3. Obey the law and have good conduct;

4. Be between 18 and 35 years old (October 10, 1982 to October 10, 2000 Born during the period);

5. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

6. Have a bachelor's degree or above from a full-time general institution of higher learning included in the national unified enrollment plan and a bachelor's degree degree or above (some branch offices in difficult and remote areas are relaxed to a college degree), with corresponding majors, and should also have the "Personnel Recruitment and Recruitment Brochure for Branches of the People's Bank of China in 2019" and the "2019 Open Recruitment Job Requirements for Units Directly Affiliated to the People's Bank of China" The qualifications required for applying for positions are listed in the table;

7. The academic qualifications of those who have returned from studying abroad must be certified by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Education, and have a certificate for those who have returned from studying abroad issued by our embassy or consulate abroad.

People who have been punished for crimes, people who have been fired from agencies and institutions, active military personnel, non-fresh graduates, people who have been dismissed by the People's Bank of China, and those who are not suitable for employment for other reasons Personnel are not allowed to apply.

The branches and directly affiliated units of the People's Bank of China will conduct qualification review and merit screening based on job requirements and after comprehensively considering the applicants' personal information, academic degrees, professional status and work experience.
