Disputes arising from the quality of agricultural machinery products, operation quality, maintenance quality and after-sales service may be complained to the agricultural machinery quality complaint supervision institution or the local consumer association.

The acceptance and mediation of agricultural machinery quality complaints shall be provided free of charge. However, if inspection or technical appraisal is needed in mediation, the legal inspection or appraisal institution shall be determined by both parties to the dispute through consultation. The cost of inspection or appraisal shall be borne by the responsible party. The charging standard is generally determined through consultation between the two parties who entrust the inspection or appraisal. All complaints caused by disputes over the quality of agricultural machinery products, operation quality, maintenance quality and after-sales service can be accepted. The complainant shall be the owner, user or representative of agricultural machinery.

Social organizations that safeguard consumers' rights and interests can suggest that the relevant departments should be responsible for handling the product quality problems reflected by consumers and support consumers to sue the people's courts for the damage caused by product quality.

Article 39 Disputes between consumers and business operators over consumers' rights and interests can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;
