I. Basic conditions

Note: Applicants are divided into "fresh graduates" and "non-fresh graduates".
Among them, "fresh graduates" refers to the full-time employment plan that is included in the national unified enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities, and does not belong to directional and entrusted training. After completing their studies, they have obtained corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates, which are included in the graduation year (providing the graduation year "Registration Certificate"); Graduation certificates and degree certificates should generally be obtained before July 2022. "Non-fresh graduates" refers to people other than fresh graduates, including on-the-job personnel and unemployed personnel. Social workers from other provinces and cities (non-fresh graduates) must hold a Shanghai residence permit of 1 year or more (excluding the Shanghai temporary residence permit within the validity period). The calculation deadline is May 20th, 2022. Senior professional and technical personnel from other provinces and cities, qualified returned overseas students and fresh graduates are not subject to the one-year residence permit.
Returned students should generally obtain a degree certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before the end of July 2022.
Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration time

(3) Qualification examination
The personnel department of the school will screen the received application materials together with the employing department, and arrange comprehensive evaluation among the candidates who meet the recruitment conditions. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In all aspects of recruitment, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the recruitment qualification, or cheats or conceals important facts, the school may cancel his application qualification or employment qualification.
(4) Comprehensive evaluation
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination are comprehensively evaluated in terms of professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality by means of written test (trial lecture), interview, interview and psychological evaluation.
(5) Political censorship
The school inspects the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, law-abiding and integrity records, and reviews the candidates' qualifications.
(6) Physical examination
