How does the oxygen generator work?

Using 220V alternating current as power supply, air as raw material and high-quality molecular sieve, high-purity oxygen with a purity of 93% 3% meeting the medical oxygen standard was prepared by pressure swing adsorption separation (PSA method) at room temperature. So the most important components are molecular sieve and compressor. The quality of molecular sieve and compressor determines the quality of oxygen, the stability of oxygen flow and the life of oxygen generator. The working principle of oxygen generator is to use air separation technology. Firstly, air is compressed at high density, and then gas-liquid separation is carried out at a certain temperature by using different condensation points of various components in the air, and then further rectification is carried out. Working principle of domestic oxygen generator: molecular sieve physical adsorption and desorption technology is adopted. The oxygen generator is equipped with molecular sieve, which can adsorb nitrogen in the air under pressure, and the remaining unadsorbed oxygen is collected and purified into high-purity oxygen.
