Changsha Concert Hall does not belong to central enterprises. Changsha Concert Hall is a music and cultural venue managed by Hunan Concert Hall Co., Ltd. and one of the cultural facilities of Hunan Provincial Government. Founded in 2006, it is a modern cultural place integrating music performances, exhibitions, conferences and training. Although Changsha Concert Hall was funded by the Hunan Provincial Government, its legal entity is Hunan Concert Hall Co., Ltd., not a central enterprise.
