The organizational structure of Shaoxing TV Station

☆Shaoxing Television Art Center—is a formal science-level institution officially listed by the Municipal Editorial Committee. Entrusted by the Municipal Radio, Film and Television Bureau, Shaoxing Television Art Center is managed by Shaoxing TV Station. The management model implemented in Taiwan is to implement unified management of people, finances and materials, and to implement relatively independent accounting for TV drama shooting and other businesses.

☆The internal organization is divided into 10 departments:

◇Office - consists of: Assessment and Inspection Office, Information Office, and Fleet.

◇Planning and Finance Department

◇News Center - consists of: Central Editorial Department, Broadcasting Production Department, "Evening Report", "Weekly Focus" and other columns.

◇ News Live Center - consists of: Column Department, Editorial Department, Interview Department, Broadcast Production Department and columns such as "Tonight's Broadcast", "Today's Fax", "Master Tells the News" and other columns.

◇Literary Center - consists of: Literary Activity Department ("Colorful Stage"), "Orchid Art Garden", "Little Orchid", "Lotus Theater", "Wonderful Moments" and other columns.

◇External Publicity (Social Education) Center - consists of: editorial department and "Recording Shaoxing" column.

◇Advertising Center - consists of: General Department, Advertising Department 1, Advertising Department 2, Advertising Department 3, Information and Television Department and "Information Express", "Shaoxing Habitat", "Car Traveling World" ", "Social Broad Angle", "City Tourism Report" and other columns.

◇Technical Center - consists of: Technical Management Department, Production Department, and Broadcasting Department.

◇Economic Management Center - consists of: development company, TV production room, screen shopping company, equipment company, medical office, etc.
