Secondly, it is an obvious advantage for me to be familiar with the operation mode and maintenance technology of the company's electrical equipment. From 1996 to the company, I have been working in the front line, and I can be skilled in daily maintenance and preventive testing of electrical equipment. Especially since the second phase of the project, the company has adopted many new electrical equipment and fully automatic microcomputer control, and the electrical equipment adopts integrated automation system. Familiar with the integrated automation system and protection of electrical equipment, and have certain network knowledge and ability. After hard work and in-depth study, I am fully qualified.

Three, about two years in the company, I participated in many engineering projects. These include: when I first arrived, the sludge dewatering project and Goldman Sachs light hydrocarbon project in the No.1, No.2 and No.3 factories and washing plants of Fushun Project Department were designed by my master, who was responsible for design disclosure and completion drawings before construction. This year's main projects include: the air flotation reconstruction project of the sedimentation tank of the eighth drainage station in Ju 'nan, Daqing, and the field test project of treating oily sewage with air flotation technology in the second sedimentation tank in Daqing. Although the workload of electrical content is not great, I can still finish it seriously. Sewage treatment and reuse project of Huajin Group, power distribution of four 500 cubic meters air flotation and dosing systems, lightning protection and grounding of the systems, etc. Pilot project of source water treatment of reclaimed water reuse steam generator in KBM Oilfield, power distribution, lighting and grounding of electrical equipment in containers; The sewage treatment system of Chong32 Well Area 1No. Super Heavy Oil Joint Station in Fengcheng Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, including skid assembly electricity, filter pipe and pipeline electric heat tracing; Optimization and reconstruction project of water treatment equipment in Luliang operation area, skid power distribution.

Fourth, in the current enterprise practice, although professional counterpart recruitment is routine, the growth and Excellence of professional talents come from elites outside the profession. The focus of university education is to instill professional foundation and pay attention to the cultivation of ability. I think there are two goals of university education: first, the professional foundation, that is, the professional theoretical knowledge of preaching, teaching and solving doubts, which is the mainstream of education, with the aim of instilling theory and professional quality and improving professional ability; The second is to educate students how to use professional tools (including documents and works, etc.). ) serve the real profession quickly and conveniently, and improve your application ability. In my opinion, college students who have just left school need to study again in social practice, whether they are professional counterparts or professional counterparts, and almost all of them stand on the same starting line (only professional counterparts have the advantage of getting twice the result with half the effort). I can master some basic knowledge needed by electrical engineers in a short time, and at the same time, I can combine my own professional knowledge to solidify some electrical development programs into software, thus creating better conditions and platforms for the company's automation professional work.

Six, I think, the performance of things mainly depends on the conscious thinking of the actor, because consciousness determines thinking, thinking affects behavior, behavior produces results, and results reflect performance. In practical work, consciousness is the most important.
