Then I went directly to the telecommunications network to fill out the complaint form. The local telecom room staff changed the port for me, but I said I was still not satisfied. Later, I contacted my superiors directly to help me change it, and the ping value was much lower. I guess it's a partial change, just to fool the user. Complaining is the most practical.
