There is a fee for a real media company to sign a contract, but that is the cost of packaging hype, and it doesn't charge you thousands of dollars, at least hundreds of thousands of millions, but it is guaranteed by contract. They must arrange several plays for you, play several roles in them and so on. Make it clear what specific packaging hype they must do for you and what effect they must achieve, rather than just collecting money and doing nothing.
