Articles of Association of Henan Chamber of Commerce in Henan Province

Article 1 Name of the Association: Henan Merchants' Federation of Henan Province (English translation: Henan Entrepreneurs' Federation, English abbreviation: HEF).

Article 2 This Association is a joint, non-profit social organization initiated and established voluntarily by representatives of Henan industrial and commercial circles and relevant organizations, enterprises invested and established in Henan by Henan businessmen at home and abroad, and local Henan chambers of commerce (enterprise federations).

Article 3 Purpose of the Association: to abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, unite the vast number of Henan businessmen and local Henan chambers of commerce, gather strength, establish an image, carry forward the spirit and spread culture; Communicate information, exchange experience, promote cooperation between Henan businessmen, unite and guide Henan businessmen to participate in Henan's economic construction, and make contributions to the rise of the Central Plains.

Article 4 The Association shall accept the professional guidance of the General Office of the Political Consultative Conference of Henan Province, and accept the supervision, inspection and management of the registration and management organs of associations in Henan Province.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 5 Business scope:

First, publicize national laws, regulations, principles and policies, and guide and supervise members to abide by integrity and legal operation; Guide Henan local chamber of commerce to abide by national laws, self-discipline and self-development.

The second is to reflect the situation, suggestions and requirements to the relevant departments of Henan Province and the local government departments of Henan merchants, coordinate and solve the practical difficulties of Henan merchants' investment and operation, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.

Third, promote the contact and cooperation of Henan Chambers of Commerce, exchange business experience, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Henan Chambers of Commerce.

Fourth, carry out publicity and commendation activities to promote the spirit of Henan businessmen and enhance the social image.

5. Hold the Henan Merchants Conference and related special forums, trade fairs, trade fairs, etc. to promote Henan businessmen.

Chapter III Members

Article 6 Members of this Association are divided into group members, unit members and individual members. Mainly based on unit members.

Article 7 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

First, voluntarily join the association and pay the membership fee on time;

Second, support the articles of association;

3. Henan Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise Federation approved by local government departments;

Fourth, Henan entrepreneurs with certain strength and influence;

5. Influential entrepreneurs who invest in Henan;

Six, other relevant departments, enterprises and institutions and individuals.

Seven, with legal personality, non-profit industrial and commercial enterprises and social organizations established in Henan or foreign chambers of commerce, can apply to join the Henan Merchants Association as a group member.

Article 8 Membership procedures:

First, submit an application for membership;

Two, the secretariat qualification examination, reported to the Standing Council for discussion and adoption;

Three. Membership cards shall be issued by the secretariat.

Article 9 Members shall enjoy the following rights

1. The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

Article 10 Members shall perform the following obligations

First, implement the resolutions of the Security Council;

Second, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests and reputation of this association;

Third, actively participate in the activities of this association and complete the work assigned by this association;

Fourth, pay membership dues on time;

Five, concerned about the work of this association, take the initiative to reflect the situation to this association and provide relevant information;

6. Other obligations stipulated in the articles of association of this Association.

Article 11 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall submit a written application to the Secretariat and return his membership card; If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of the association for one year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
