Article 11 of the Public Prosecutors Law of the People's Republic of China * * * The following persons shall not serve as public prosecutors.

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office.

Article 24 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * The following persons shall not be employed as civil servants: (1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(three) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.

Article 26 of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China shall not serve as a people's police under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office.
