If you want to be their lawyer, you must be qualified as an American lawyer, and this qualification cannot be graduated from ordinary law schools. You must be a first-class law school. If you are in the top three or so, you can only be a legal assistant if you go to Fudan and Tsinghua Law Schools, which rank in the top three in China. That's probably it, or your years of working experience in the same big international law.
