How much is an ordinary welder for a day?

Ordinary welders usually spend about one day in 200 yuan. But this is not death. The higher the ability, the higher the wages of workers.

Metal welding method:

1, fusion welding

In the welding process, the workpiece interface is heated to a molten state, and the welding is completed without pressure. When welding, the heat source quickly heats and melts the interface between two workpieces to be welded, forming a molten pool. The molten pool moves forward with the heat source, and after cooling, it forms a continuous weld to connect the two workpieces into a whole.

2, pressure welding

Under pressure, two workpieces are bonded between atoms in a solid state, which is also called solid-state welding. The commonly used pressure welding process is resistance butt welding. When the current passes through the connection end of two workpieces, the temperature there rises due to the large resistance, and when it is heated to a plastic state, it is connected into a whole under the action of axial pressure.

3. Brazing

By using a metal material with a melting point lower than that of the workpiece as the brazing filler metal, the workpiece and the brazing filler metal are heated to a temperature higher than that of the brazing filler metal and lower than that of the workpiece, and the workpiece is wetted with liquid brazing filler metal to fill the interface gap, so as to realize mutual diffusion between atoms and the workpiece and realize the welding method.

Introduction:

Electric welder is a special metal welding job in machinery manufacturing and machining industry, and it is also a very important post. At present, China's processing and manufacturing industry lacks many talents in this field. In enterprises, senior blue-collar workers are paid more than white-collar workers. However, this type of work is too harmful to human body, such as burning eyes, radiating ultraviolet rays and toxic gases.

And "electric welder" is based on practice, serving engineering practice, collecting difficult welding knowledge, skills, management and other knowledge, and serving the society. Welders need six chapters, including welding basic knowledge, welding materials, welding preparation, basic skills of welding process operation, welding deformation correction and defect prevention measures, welding quality management and safety measures.
