What conditions does Foshan need to enter the household?

① Have lived in Foshan for 3 years (have been continuously applying for residence permit for 3 years or more).

(2) Persons who have been legally and stably employed for 3 years (those who have paid social insurance for 3 years continuously, or have been employed for 3 years continuously, and have a legally stable residence (including lease)), themselves, their spouses, minor children and parents who live together can apply for household registration at their place of residence.

"Legally stable residence" includes:

A residential house legally owned by oneself or one's spouse, parents and children (based on real estate license or real estate license or rural homestead land use certificate).

Residential housing that belongs to the legal ownership of the work unit and is allocated or arranged by the work unit (subject to the real estate license or immovable property certificate and the certificate of the property right unit).

Rental housing (affordable housing, affordable housing, directly managed housing, etc.). If it is legally owned by the government, the housing use certificate issued by the government housing management department shall prevail.

Personal rental of residential housing registered by the government housing management department shall be based on the "Rental Registration Certificate" issued by the government housing management (flow management) department and approved by the legitimate property owner of the house.
