Parkview green grassland adopts advanced environmental protection and energy-saving technology to realize the sustainable development of buildings, and has obtained LEED (leadership in energy &; Environmental design building rating system) won the "platinum pre-certification" and is expected to become the first comprehensive urban construction project in China to obtain platinum certification.

The roof ETFE membrane is connected into a whole through the drainage groove structure to collect rainwater. The rainwater and sewage entering the drainage pipeline are introduced into the underground storage tank for recycling, which can not only save water resources, but also reduce the cost of sewage treatment.
