Zhuzhou Qibin Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qibin Group") was established in 2005 and listed on the A-share market of Shanghai Stock Exchange on 20 1 1 (stock code: 60 1636). It is the research and development and production of float glass, energy-saving building glass, low-iron ultra-white glass, photovoltaic photoelectric glass, electronic glass and medical glass.

Since entering the glass industry in 2005, it has vigorously introduced domestic and foreign technical research and development expert teams, introduced international advanced equipment, continuously optimized technological processes and innovated glass technology, and rapidly developed into one of the large glass industry groups in China. At present, the group's total assets exceed 654.38+04 billion and its employees exceed 9,000. There are 26 high-quality float glass production lines with a daily melting capacity of 1.76 million tons, high-performance electronic glass production line with a daily melting capacity of 65 tons, and neutral borosilicate medical glass tube production line with a daily melting capacity of 25 tons. It has eight float glass production bases in Liling, Chenzhou, Zhangzhou, Heyuan, Shaoxing, Changxing, Pinghu and Malaysia. At the same time, photovoltaic glass production bases were expanded in Chenzhou, Zhejiang and Zhangzhou, Fujian, and six new energy-saving building glass production bases were built in Heyuan, Guangdong, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, Changxing, Liling, Tianjin and Malaysia. On June 1 day and July 14- 16, the 20021year interim working meeting of Qibin Group was held in Dongshan, Fujian. Based on the new organizational structure of the Division, the meeting systematically and comprehensively summarized the completion of various tasks in the first half of 2002/KLOC-0, and deeply analyzed the problems existing in various business sectors, functional departments and R&D management. On July 13, Li Yin, secretary of Fujian Provincial Party Committee, led an investigation and inspection team of the provincial party committee and government to visit Qibin, Zhangzhou. 2. On June 25th, Qibin Group and China Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the application of ultra-white float glass in photovoltaic modules and roof distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, complement each other's resources, fully integrate, carry out strategic cooperation in photovoltaic power generation and energy-saving industries, and actively promote the application of ultra-white float glass in photovoltaic modules. On this basis, * * * will jointly develop energy-saving projects for rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation, * * * will jointly solve the technical problems in application and reduce costs, and * * * will jointly promote the development of solar photovoltaic power generation industry. On June 18, Qibin Group signed a strategic cooperation with the Institute of Solar Energy Systems of Sun Yat-sen University. Qibin Group and Solar Energy System Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University will give full play to their respective advantages, carry out scientific research cooperation in the field of photovoltaic ultra-white float glass, study the influence of ultra-white float glass on the power generation performance of photovoltaic modules, carry out outdoor demonstration system construction and special technology research on the power generation advantages of ultra-white float modules, and promote the development of solar photovoltaic industry.
