Broadgalaxy. Position: RFIC Designer

Broadgalaxy Electronics is a fabless semiconductor company providing complete RF and analog IC design services and customized solutions, from system specifications to shipped chips.

Facing RF/analog IC technology, broadgalaxy has incorporated amplifiers, mixers, converters and VCOs, synthesizers, ADCs and DACs into a single chip.

Our custom design experience in RF/analog IC design allows us to tailor-fit leading technologies, rapid prototyping and cost-effective, multi-function implementations for small and medium-sized production runs chip. The fleet experienced design at broadgalaxy, cellular telephony, wireless LAN, satellite and GPS applications.

Position: RF Designer

As a member of the RFIC team, you are required to have a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent of. Relevant industry experience in the following aspects:

1. Experienced in full custom CMOS/BiCMOS circuit design, transistor level design of RF circuits.

2. Experience with step testing, troubleshooting, and working with spectrum and network analyzers is desirable.

3. Knowledge of device physics and device models of MOS and BJT.

4. Proficient in tools from Yihua Company, and Mentor Graphics.

Salary Range: Negotiable
