Construction process of Zoucheng power plant

Four 300,000-kilowatt units installed in the first and second phases are national key construction projects during the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" to the "Eighth Five-Year Plan". 1 983101October1officially broke ground, and 1985 to 1989 were completed and put into production. The installation of two 600,000-kilowatt units in the third phase of the project is the first national key project in Shandong Province to be built with World Bank loans, and it is also a cascade project in Shandong Province. Unit #5 became the first 600,000 kW unit in China, which once set a record for the continuous safe operation of similar units in China of 40 1 day.

Two 654.38+0 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical units built in the fourth phase of the project are the first batch of ultra-supercritical thermal power unit technologies imported from China, and the flue gas desulfurization devices are built simultaneously, which are listed as national key construction projects. At present, two million kilowatt generating units are coal-fired generating units with the largest single unit capacity, the best operation economy and the best environmental protection performance in China. The efficiency of flue gas desulfurization device is over 95%, the dust removal efficiency is as high as 99.9%, and more than 6 million tons of urban water are recovered by single machine every year, which represents the important development direction of environmental protection and energy saving of coal-fired generating units in the world. The project started construction on April 28th, 2005. Two million kilowatt ultra-supercritical thermal power units were successfully generated on February 4, 2006 and July 5, 2007, respectively, which set many records of the same type of units in China and made brilliant achievements in the history of power development, and were widely praised by the central leadership, party committees and governments at all levels and power peers. The first million-kilowatt unit was awarded the landmark unit of Huadian Corporation with an installed capacity of over 50 million kilowatts and the national thermal power installed capacity of over 600 million kilowatts, making it the first million-kilowatt unit in China to reach the production standard. The commissioning of two 654.38+100,000 kW ultra-supercritical units is of great significance for promoting China's electric power technology innovation and scientific and technological progress, realizing industrial upgrading and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprise.
