When will the third phase of Jinneng Tongying Thermal Power Project officially start?

June 2022. Polaris Power Grid sorted out the thermal power projects in the week from March 14 to March 18, 2022, involving project approval, commencement and grid connection. Gangu and Liancheng power plants of Neng Group were restarted. The 2× 1000MW project of Jinneng Tongying Thermal Power Phase III is scheduled to start at the end of June 2022. On March 7th, 2022, Guo Jingang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jinneng Holding Group, inspected the construction site of 2× 1000MW project in Tongre Phase III. Guo Jingang proposed that the preparation office of the 2× 1000MW project of Tongre Phase III should go all out to ensure that the construction will start at the end of June. This unit adopts the international advanced ultra-supercritical and direct air-cooled coal-fired power generation technology, and is the largest cogeneration million-heating unit in China.
