Guilin Teacher Establishment Examination Requirements

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

(2) Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

(3) Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct and have good professional ethics.

(4) Have the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties normally.

(5) Have the educational level, business knowledge and work ability required to perform the job responsibilities.

(6) Applicants for positions subject to the professional qualification system must have corresponding professional qualifications.

(7) Meet other employment conditions required for the position to be applied for. Please see the "Position List" for details of other employment conditions required for the position.

(8) Persons with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

1. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office.

2. Persons who are found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of recruitment (employment) disciplines in the recruitment (employment) of civil servants and public institution staff at all levels.

3. Newly hired civil servants with less than 5 years (including probation period) (including staff of public institutions managed with reference to the Public Service Law) and newly hired employees with less than 3 years (including probation period) in public institutions Personnel are not allowed to register.

4. Active military personnel.

5. Non-fresh graduates studying in ordinary colleges and universities (among them, non-fresh graduates, postgraduates and postgraduates who are not fresh graduates may not apply with the academic qualifications and degree certificates they have already obtained).

6. Persons who are listed as targets of joint punishment for breach of trust according to law.

7. Persons expelled from the Communist Party of China.

8. Applicants are not allowed to apply for recruitment positions that will constitute a avoidance relationship after employment.

9. Persons who are not allowed to apply for the examination according to laws and regulations.

(9) Others:

1. The calculation of the time involved in the recruitment conditions such as age, work experience, relevant qualifications, penalty period, household registration, etc. shall be based on the time specified in the announcement. Dates and years are accumulated based on full years and full months. Fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates before the specified time; graduates of other forms of national education other than ordinary higher education (including self-study examinations, adult education, online education, etc.) must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates before the specified time Certificate. Participating in social practice, internships, part-time work, etc. during full-time or part-time study is not considered relevant work experience.

2. Age requirements: generally over 18 years old and under 35 years old; for positions with special needs or relaxed age requirements, please see the "Position List" for details.

3. Agencies at all levels (including public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law) and current employees of public institutions who meet the application requirements must obtain the consent of the work unit and its competent department before applying. After applying for the exam, once hired, if the employer and its competent department refuse to go through relevant procedures because they do not agree to the application, the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences.
