Laibin Power Plant is located in Henan Industrial Park, Laibin City, Guangxi, covering an area of 458 mu. It was built by self-financing during the Seventh Five-Year Plan period in Guangxi. When the company was established, its total net assets were 65.438+23.2 million yuan and its registered capital was 800.8 million yuan. Existing assets include 50% equity of Laibin Power Plant of Guangxi Fiona Fang Electric Power Co., Ltd., 90% equity of Guizhou Qiangui Power Generation Co., Ltd., Guangxi Kaitou Fuel Co., Ltd. and 73% equity of Guangxi Liuzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd.
