Article 6 The competent department of a security service company is the public security organ, and its business activities are under the guidance and supervision of the public security organ. Article 7 When providing security services to customers, a security service company shall sign a contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. Chapter II Organization Article 8 Security service companies may be established in provinces, cities, counties, railways and forestry systems as required. However, only one security service company can be established in a city or county, and district security service companies can also be established in cities with districts. Article 9 The establishment of a security service company shall have a certain registered capital. The registered capital can be allocated by the competent department or solved by itself.
