I. Transfer plan and post
The program is open to 10 staff of institutions in the whole province and in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Second, the scope and conditions of transfer
Public institutions in Anhui Province, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province must meet the following conditions if they are officially employed and meet the conditions for transfer:
(a) law-abiding, noble character, love the party's cadre education;
(2) Having the working ability, professional qualification and work experience required by the publicly transferred post;
(3) Both the probation period assessment and the annual assessment are qualified and above;

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(2) Online registration and qualification examination
Registration is conducted by online registration, and the registration website is Maanshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (rsj.mas.gov.cn). The written test scores of "Professional aptitude test" and "Shen Lun" are 5: 5, and the written test score is full 100. At the time of qualification review, applicants should provide their valid ID cards, academic degree certificates and other originals and registration qualification examination forms. Foreign academic qualifications must provide academic certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(5) Professional testing
According to the candidates' written test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of selected positions 1: 3, the list of people taking the professional test is determined. If more than one candidate has the same written test results, the last candidate is determined to take the professional test. Those who fail to receive the notice of professional test within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the professional test. If there is a vacancy among the candidates, the written test scores shall be replenished in equal amounts from high to low.
Management positions are conducted by structured interviews, and professional and technical positions are conducted by trial lectures, mainly to examine the comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and lecture ability of candidates.
Full score of professional test 100. If the number of people actually participating in the professional test is less than or equal to the planned number of transferred posts, the candidates' professional test scores must reach 70 or above or the average score of the number of people actually participating in the professional test in the examination room on that day before entering the medical examination procedure.

(6) Synthesis of results
The final test scores of candidates are determined according to the ratio of written test scores to professional test scores of 4: 6, and then publicized on the websites of Maanshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Maanshan Municipal Party School.
The above results are calculated by the percentile system, with two decimal places reserved and the third decimal place rounded off.
According to the number of posts selected in the plan and the final test scores of the applicants, from high scores to low scores, the physical examination objects are determined according to the equal ratio of 1: 1 (if the final scores are the same, the one with the highest professional test scores is preferred. If the scores of professional examinations are the same, priority will be given to the major with the highest score.
