Xi University of Technology, located in Xi 'an, is a university jointly established by the central government and Shaanxi Province, a university jointly established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Shaanxi Province, an implementing agency for the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, a domestic first-class university construction university in Shaanxi Province, a provincial-level high-level university in Shaanxi Province, a member of the New Silk Road University Alliance, and one of the 24 universities expanded by the China Graduate School Dean Association.
