Returned students who have obtained academic degrees in countries where English is the official language may apply for positions requiring CET-4 and CET-6, but they may not provide qualification certificates or performance notices for CET-4 and CET-6.

4. Students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained full-time college education in the mainland and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the mainland shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Jiangsu Province.
