PAT Enterprise Alliance and Green Channel for Zhejiang University Computer Programming Ability Test

PAT provides a standardized reference for enterprises to recruit and select excellent IT talents, and can reduce recruitment costs. It is welcomed by more and more enterprise human resources departments and IT technology departments.

Since August 2011, PAT has launched the "Enterprise Alliance" and promised to provide companies in the alliance with information about outstanding candidates; the companies also promised not to leak candidate information, give priority to hiring students with excellent PAT scores, and The written examination related to testing programming ability during recruitment is exempted.

The cooperation between PAT and enterprises is non-exclusive. While the two parties are cooperating, they can also cooperate with other partners.

As of April 2013, the number of alliance companies has reached 44, including Oracle Asia R&D Center of the internationally renowned Fortune 500 companies, Morgan Stanley (Shanghai), Google China, and State Street Technology (Zhejiang) Company , Huawei (Hangzhou Research Institute) and well-known key domestic IT companies such as Baidu, NetEase Research Institute (Hangzhou), Alibaba-B2B Technology Department, Taobao (China) Software Co., Ltd., Tencent, eBay China R&D Center, etc. The basic commitment of the alliance companies is to give priority to recruiting students with excellent PAT scores and to waive the written examination related to testing programming ability during recruitment.

Alliance companies can propose special green channel conditions to PAT, and their specific conditions will be listed on the PAT registration website for candidates to view.

When registering for each exam, candidates will browse the list of alliance companies and the green channel conditions provided by the company on the registration page. Candidates may choose to agree to allow some companies to obtain some of their personal information (including personal registration information, contact information, submission statistics and source code during the exam, etc.).

After each exam, the PAT system will export the candidates’ information to the corresponding alliance enterprise information package according to their personal wishes, and distribute the information package to the human resources departments of each enterprise in a timely manner.
