Zhongke Yuneng Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongke Yuneng) has built two large-scale blade manufacturing bases in Baiyin, Gansu and Baoding, Hebei, and the manufacturing base in Wulate Zhongqi, Inner Mongolia will also start construction in June 2009, with an annual output of 800 sets of wind power blades.

Zhongke Yuneng is one of the few large-scale fan blade design and manufacturing enterprises in China that comprehensively master the whole process from blade aerodynamic design, structural design, mold core and mold manufacturing, blade production, product certification and inspection, and has independent intellectual property rights. At present, the design of 850kW, 1.0MW, 1.2MW, 1.5MW and other series products has been completed. The onshore 2.5MW and offshore 3.0MW wind turbine blades will all be designed in June 2009, of which 1.5MW has been mass-produced.

Zhongke Yuneng blade products adopt international advanced pre-bending and pre-twisting design, which has the characteristics of large swept area, high wind energy capture rate and good matching with the whole machine, and is suitable for China's unique wind resource environment. Adopt international mainstream raw materials, adopt advanced production technologies such as vacuum suction injection, water heating temperature control, curing and mirror mold manufacturing to effectively improve product quality; Establish a perfect detection platform, fully realize the tracking detection from raw materials to finished products, and ensure the reliability of product quality.

At the same time, according to the characteristics of wind energy resources in China and the demand of blade market, Zhongke Yuneng put forward the blade profile design with blunt trailing edge in typhoon environment, low leading edge sensitivity and low temperature resistance in sandstorm environment, and provided high-quality fan blade products to meet customer demand. We can also provide design services and technical support for the whole process of R&D and international certification for wind turbines.

Zhongke Yuneng, led by Academician Xu Jianzhong, is composed of more than ten academicians and experts in the wind power industry and more than twenty R&D teams focusing on aerodynamics, structural mechanics and materials science. Not only has it carried out extensive academic exchanges and cooperation with internationally renowned blade design institutions, but it has also undertaken a number of national large-scale wind turbine blade related scientific and technological projects.

Zhongke Yuneng plans to build a world-class fan blade design center by 20 12 and become a leading blade manufacturing enterprise with independent intellectual property rights in China.
