3. Check whether the original specifications and dimensions meet the requirements of the operation summons with reference to the process sheet; Whether the mouth, label, color code and logo are complete.

Second, the quality of the original.

1. First, check the density of the original. The field density of a normal manuscript is about 3.0, and the density of dots, characters and lines meets the printing requirements. As long as normal exposure and development are performed. However, in actual production, the density of some manuscripts is often low or high, which needs to be handled according to different situations.

A, the manuscript with low graphic density, in the exposure process, due to the low density, is easy to make light pass through the edge of the dot, which makes the part of the photosensitive layer that should not be photodegraded, and the dot becomes dark and smaller after development. If it is text or line, it will also become shallow accordingly. When using the computer, the ink color is not saturated, which reduces the printing resistance and can not achieve the ideal effect. For this type of original, we should adopt the method of less exposure and less development.

B for the original with high graphic density (the density of blank parts is greater than 0.05), there is a layer of fog on the surface of the original, and there is also a layer of fog when the edges of corresponding points and lines are not smooth. This layer of fog hinders the passage of light during printing, which makes the light decomposition of the photosensitive layer in the gray fog area at the edge of the dot incomplete. After development, dot magnification, especially the magnification of the dark part of the image, dark tone combined with printing can not achieve the ideal effect. For this kind of originals, the methods of multiple exposure and multiple development should be adopted.

2. Because of the revision of some pictures and texts, there are many "skylight-opening" parts in the original version, which brings difficulties to printing operation. The edge of the tape is too close to the image, causing the image pad to become empty. Because the substrates overlap, static electricity will be generated, and the middle interlayer will easily absorb some dust and fine sand particles, which will also make the image pad empty. Some parts of the original image will be folded out of the horseshoe nest. After exposure, the image will also be empty in this part. In view of the above phenomenon, printing operators are required to find and solve it in time.
