What are the requirements for an enterprise to recruit an ordinary operator?

If the company is an ordinary operator, the conditions should not be too harsh.

If you want to work for a long time, choose a married woman who has given birth. So they are more stable. I have been a production supervisor in the company for many years (including now), and my age is relatively stable between 25 and 30. There is pressure to buy a house/send children to school.

But people of this age may learn relatively slowly. Not as fast as young people (18-23). It may take some time to teach, but once they learn it, they will do things seriously and mechanically.
