Jinpan and Shanda Hsi Chin have a cooperative relationship.

On July 28th, 2020, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Hunan Jinpanzi Industry Holding Group and Changsha Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., a financial cooperation institution of Shanda Hsi Chin, was held in the headquarters building of Jinpanzi Group as scheduled.

According to the signed strategic cooperation agreement, in the next five years, the two sides will adhere to the spirit of "reciprocity, mutual benefit, stability, durability, high efficiency and high quality", form a deep strategic partnership in real estate development, construction, building materials, development and operation, and will carry out close cooperation.
