According to the minimum wage standard of Jilin Province issued by the People's Government of Jilin Province, from 2022, the minimum wage standard in Jilin area will be adjusted as follows: the monthly minimum wage standard in Changchun City is 1.880 yuan, and the minimum wage standard for part-time workers is 1.9 yuan/hour; The monthly minimum wage in Jilin, Songyuan, Yanji and Hunchun is 1.760 yuan, and the minimum wage for part-time workers is 1.8 yuan/hour; The monthly minimum wage in Siping, Liaoyuan, Tonghua, Baishan, Guo Qian and Fusong counties is 1.640 yuan, and the minimum wage for part-time workers is 1.7 yuan/hour; The minimum wage in counties (cities) such as Baicheng, Changbai Mountain Protection Development Zone and meihekou city is 1.540 yuan, and the minimum wage for part-time workers is 1.6 yuan/hour.

The minimum wage standard does not include the following items:

The minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to law on the premise that the laborer provides normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law. Its composition does not include wages for extended working hours, allowances for workers in special working environments and conditions such as night shift, high temperature, low temperature and underground, and welfare treatment for workers stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.

Legal basis: Article 48 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The state implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The wages paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. The minimum wage standard will be adjusted by the local government every year with the changes of living expenses, average wages of employees and economic development level.
