What are the main aspects of factory inspection?

Factory inspection procedure

Customers send self-inspection forms to enterprises in advance for self-inspection and self-correction, and prepare relevant supporting documents for on-site verification. Next, the customer will arrange a special person to inspect the factory at the enterprise site, which may be the supplier management department of the company or the personnel of the entrusted third-party evaluation agency.

The factory inspector will inspect the enterprise's site one by one, from the documents to the actual situation, input words and take photos, from day shift to night shift, from the overall layout of the factory to the handling of every detail, see supporting evidence, form an evidence chain, prove that the enterprise meets the customer's requirements in the above six modules, prove the supplier's ability, be shortlisted in the supplier circle and obtain the supplier's qualification.

For the enterprises that pass the factory inspection, the customer will give a supplier number and input it into the customer ERP system. In the future, as long as it is the customer's goods, no matter which branch company or several suppliers, the enterprise can supply them.
