When the deducted score of each index in the bid evaluation result is greater than the index score, the index score is zero.

If the bid evaluation results are measured by one standard, and the bid evaluation experts have participated in the pre-qualification, post-qualification or review of the project for many times within one year, the bid evaluation results will be calculated by (100 points-accumulated penalty points) ×75%.

Article 7 The following personnel shall grade the bid evaluation experts who participate in the pre-qualification, post-qualification or review of the project according to the Record Form of Evaluation Results of Bid Evaluation Experts compiled by the Center:

(1) The attendance will be graded and recorded by the administrator selected by the bid evaluation experts of the center;

(2) Work attitude and violations are graded and recorded by other site personnel in the center;

(3) The bid evaluation quality shall be graded and recorded by the on-site staff of the tenderee or tendering agency.

After the pre-qualification, post-qualification or review of the project is completed, the bid evaluation result record form of bid evaluation experts shall be signed by all raters and recorders, and put into the "feedback box" by the site staff of the center.

The examination results shall be collected and counted by the central regulatory information department according to the scores recorded by the online examination system of bid evaluation experts.

Article 8 The annual assessment scores of bid evaluation experts who have not participated in the pre-qualification examination, post-qualification examination or review of the project within one year shall be subject to the assessment results (not multiplied by 25%).
